One of the many Indian BPO’s Finance team, located near Ayala Center Cebu, is not doing their job well. Most employees have noticed that there are discrepancies in their salary since last year and takes a very long time to be resolved. Only way to communicate with them is through e-mail, but they don’t reply at all, or if they do, it takes a long time. When employees decide to visit the department, all they can answer is “Wala nami mahimo ana”. Is that an answer that you want to hear? I am writing this confession because I don’t want these type of people to jeopardize other employees welfare. All I can say to this Finance Department is to do their job well and avoid errors.
PS: Please update the ATM’s of other employees, especially the Regular Employees. Writing in behalf of the other Account employees who experienced the same thing.
